Your mortgage will run more smoothly if we use an agent located locally. Since the home will be bought and closed here, having the lender here eliminates coordination problems with closing the loan and purchase. We can conduct most of this procedure via e-mail, telephone, and normal mail. I will be happy to arrange for lodging and escort you about town when you start your search. You will find that, with the right communications now, we will have the choices narrowed down to between five and seven homes that most closely match your needs and tastes when you arrive to make your selection. I recommend you plan three days. One to just get a feel for the area. Then one to view the homes we have picked out; looking at the top two choices a second time after a lunch break. Finally, a day to complete the negotiations and paperwork.
